What We Believe

Principles of the Apostolic Assembly

At Centro de Amistad Cristiana, our beliefs are deeply rooted in the doctrinal principles of the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus. We uphold the Bible as the divinely inspired, perfect, and authoritative Word of God and the foundation of our faith. See the full list of the Principles of the Apostolic Assembly.

We believe in one God who has manifested himself as the Father in creation, the Son in redemption, and the Holy Spirit in the hearts of believers.

We believe that Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh, born of the Virgin Mary, and the only way of salvation.

We believe that the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God, which guides our faith, doctrine, and daily life.

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, as evidenced by speaking in tongues, which empowers believers to live holy and victorious lives.

We believe in repentance, water baptism in the name of Jesus, and the filling of the Holy Spirit as essential steps toward salvation.

We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship, serve, and spread the Gospel to all nations.

We are called to live a life of holiness, reflecting Christ in our actions, words, and lifestyle. We strive to live in righteousness and obedience.

We believe in God’s power to heal, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, through faith, prayer, and the work of the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of believers, and eternal life with Him.
